

We test the boards again before shipping them out internationally, so the likelihood of it being a board issue is very low, but not unheard of.ĭo you have any other motors to test with? Does the same thing happen with both drivers? The fact that the motor is locking on driver power up means it is getting power. This is basically how all of the boards are tested at the factory prior to shipment, only using GCode commands in an onboot file on the card. I’m not recommending this, but did you try slightly increasing the amps on the driver one or two steps up to briefly test the motor to see if it responded? Is the resistance pretty high when the motors do engage or is it easy to turn with some slight force? Our PSU is a 4A rating, so it should have been enough to rule out the possibility that the amperage wasn’t high enough.
